Nordea Finance Equipment (formerly SG Finans) needed a fully digital factoring service for small- and medium-sized businesses that would require fewer personal contacts throughout the process and thus create a quick, simple, and cost-efficient onboarding for the customers.
The solution was Spring – a fully digital onboarding process for factoring customers, developed in cooperation with Aptic.

Nordea started from a consumer perspective to create a simple solution and has, through new perspectives, succeeded in creating an innovative factoring solution that is entirely digital, in cooperation with Aptic.
How it works:
The customers register on the Nordea website and find out their credit limit and get an offer instantly.
If the offer is accepted, the customer sends the invoices to Nordea and get the money the same day.
The fees are fixed and gives the customer a clear overview of the costs. Nordea works as a small Fintech company with distributive solutions such as self-service for the customer and clarity in the price instead of complicated calculations.
“We see that there is a great need for this type of solutions and that there is a completely new market with great potential in this segment. We go a little upstream compared to how other companies in the industry do.
