We asked Rikard Nordlund, the process leader, to share his view on Aptic’s products and our collaboration.

A solution that grows with your business
Aptic’s factoring system is fundamental to us. We would not have managed the volume of invoices we have today if we had not used an excellent solution. We have used the system for a long time, and it has grown with us and our development. We regularly review our suppliers, but we have not had any reason to replace the Aptic system as it works very well for us.
Valuable cooperation
Our collaboration with Aptic is also very valuable to us. Our contact person, Lise-Lotte Persson, feels more like a colleague rather than a supplier. She has in-depth knowledge of our entire business, and therefore we often brainstorm ideas together with her, for example, regarding new products.
In summary, we are delighted with our collaboration with Aptic. When we meet other customers of Aptic on their customer days, we experience that most seem very satisfied and have a good relationship with Aptic, which is a good sign, concludes Rikard Nordlund, process manager at Collector Bank.
